Just for anyone who found this via Google search, if you're using this on Rockwell products without a bootp switch to assign ips on power ons, you'll have to use rslinx to disable bootp switch IP to static. Other times using a different laptop does the trick. Setting the IP via rslinx will work every time when bootp doesn't. The comments here support what I experience with the latest version which will at least work somewhat on Win7.
